Traveling Denim Video

This is a short stop motion video, documenting the wear and tear of a pair of Levi's as they travel the world. Shot over 2 years and in over 50 countries. I think it's really cool. I'm gunna say goodbye to my skinny jeans for a while and relax in my Levi's.

Marc Jacobs Bang

So here's Marc Jacobs looking like an action man whilst taking on the face of his own new ad campaign for his new mens fragrance 'BANG'. Shot by Juergen Teller, whole thing looks a little bit odd, but i guess it's nice to see designers in their own ad campaigns. However, Yves Saint Laurent did a similar thing back in the early 70's.
In other Marc Jacobs news rumour has it he's launching a make-up and underwear range too. So keep your eyes peeled.

Kate Moss Topshop Spring Summer 2010

So today Kate Moss launches her SS10 range at Topshop. They made this little video. Don't see a whole lot of the clothing to be honest. All looks very light, with sheer and lace fabrics. But thats not really whats important. It's Kate Moss and Topshop, you know what you're getting. I think this video though is a great example of why Kate Moss is a great model. I especially love the end when she lifts the dress to reveal her bum!

Karlie Kloss for Yves Saint Laurent

Model Karlie Kloss is the new face of Yves Saint Laurent Beauty range for summer 2010. Shot by Terry Richardson, wouldn't know it though due to the amount of clothing! Very different from his more famous topless and nude shots. I think the make up, the model and the photographer all work really well together on this piece.

Mark Fast

Designer Mark Fast, currently running for the ANDAM prize this year, is still causing a stir in the fashion world with his use of plus size models. September last year, he caused a row with his management and one stylist walked out! His idea is that, the knitted dresses would be anticipated to only be worn by skinny models, he wants to show this is not the case.
