I really like Julien Macdonalds Winter collection, i love the lingerie feel to his dresses and tops, reinforcing the under-wear as outer wear fashion. A lot of designers went for corsets, which i felt was a bit to obvious. I prefer these sheer fabrics such as organza and chiffon. I noticed Cheryl Cole sporting one of the dresses at the Glamour Magazine's awards, in which she won Glamour's woman of the year award! In case you weren't aware of Julien Macdonald, he started his career as head designer of knit wear for Chanel and Lagerfeld. Macdonald was also creative director at Givenchy for 3 years designing almost 20 collections before leaving to start his own label.
